Access To Skills Partnership Colchester Nightshelter is a partner in the Colchester Access to Skills partnership scheme which provides access to computers for homeless people and those in temporary suppprted accommodation. Funded by the 'Learning and Skills Council' and coordinated by Essex County libraries this unique partnership involves Quaker Housing Association, The April Centre, Matrix Foundation, Beacon House, Colchester Library, and the 'Signpost Centre' in a collaboration that seeks to improve computer literacy and promote learning.
